ABSTRACT
Fungal infections, especially invasive fungal disease(IFD) is one of the major causes which incresae mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT). Several researches have confirmed that optimal antifungal prophylaxis can reduce risks proven or probable infections in allo-HSCT patients. However, epidemiology characteristic pathogen, as well immunity reconstruction patients should be taken into account when making decisions on choice prophylactic agents. This article reviews literatures advances allo-HSCT.
