ABSTRACT
Objective To study the methods of weaning from invasive mechanical ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with repiratory failure.Methods 108 COPD respiratory failure were ventilated by machine,and data collected to analyze.Results 106 cases weaned off and extubated.The success rate was 98%.Conclusions Effective has a high rate.
