Application of nasal endotracheal intubation guided by ultrathin fibreoptic bronchoscope in awake patients with respiratory failure

Objective To evaluate the application of nasal endotracheal intubation guided by ultrathin fibreoptic bronchoscope in awake patients with respiratory failure.Methods 105 failure were ventilated machine through bronchoscope.102 bronchoscope.The successful rate and complications compared between two groups.Results The group was higher than that control (100.0％ vs 73.5％,x2=31.96,P ＜0.05).Nasal bleeding lower (5.7％ 20.0％,x2=8.66,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Application plays an important role treatment failure.It is safe rapid high rate,so it should be popularized clinical practices.
