ABSTRACT
Objective
To explore the predictive value of serum PTX-3 level in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by mensurating levels patients with COPD different stage and healthy people, to provide a new method for judging patients.
Methods
Ninety exacerbations who was hospitalized department respiratory medicine, Chengde Central Hospital, 90 stable admitted outpatient, normal persons physical examination Hospital from January 2016 December were included this study. All subjects tested C-reactive protein (CRP) levels.Observing differences among groups.
Results
① higher than control group, difference between groups statistically significant (P 0.05). ③ Using receiver operating curve (ROC) analyze PTX-3, CRP exacerbation, area under ROC found be 0.97, diagnostic threshold >5.86 μg/L, sensitivity 91.1%, specificity 88.9%, 0.739, which indicated that have better COPD.
Conclusions
① not only plays role process COPD, but also involved occurrence inflammation COPD.② Compared CRP, COPD.
