ABSTRACT
Mis-aspiration is a serious complication during peri-anesthesia. Bedside ultrasound can be used to assess the risk of aspiration by qualitative and quantitative estimation gastric contents. This review summarized recent literatures on reliability accuracy bedside for assessing aspiration. describes basic operation techniques procedures assessment patients with different special populations. has certain predictive value in peri-anesthesia, advantages reliability, repeatability.
