ABSTRACT
Objective
To explore the role of macrophage in development rheumatoid arthritis(RA) by systemic depletion macrophages with Clodronate liposomes(Clo-lip).
Methods
The spleens mice was detected hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining immunohistochemistry.30 BALB/c were randomly divided into three groups: RA-model established as control A group; RA modelmice PBS-lip B group Clo-lip C group, which administered lips. The appearance mouse pawswere observed degree arthritis recorded histological features infiltrating inflammatory cells.
Results
Compared horseshoe-shaped nuclei, multi-core large cells, CD68 few determined HE staining(t=15.46, P<0.05) immunohistochemistry(t=14.70, P<0.05)in group. The score lower than that other two groups. The difference statistically significant(t=8.578, P<0.05). showed there no cell infiltration articular cavity clo-lip group.
Conclusions
Systemic affects occurrence RA, indicating plays a key RA.
