ABSTRACT
Regnase-1 is an newly recognized endonuclease that plays a critical role on transcriptional regulation and immunity homeostasis.It can be rapidly induced under diverse microenvironmental stimulus functionally terminated by multiple mechanisms.Regnase-1 destabilize set of mRNAs, which encode many inflammatory cytokines, to elicit anti-inflammation function participate in physiological pathological processes.Regnase-1 important negative regulator its tightly controlled level necessary maintain homeostasis.We reviewed related researches provided update the regulation, molecular structure function, biological roles Regnase-1.
