ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the characteristics of dominant bacteria colonic lavage fluid in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Methods
Forty-six IBS (observation group) and 46 abdominal pain or discomfort who was excluded (control from January 2016 to 2019 Department Gastroenterology, Shenzhen Longhua District People′s Hospital were selected. During colonoscopy, 2 pieces descending mucosal tissues taken by forceps, then 4 ml collected mucosa extract total DNA, 10 detected real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (including Bacteroides, Bacteriodes prevotella, Bifidobacterium, Clostridium, Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli, Dialister pneumosintes, Firmicutes, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Salmonella, Lactobacillus, data selected for logarithm). The correlation between analyzed Spearman analysis.
Results
The composition change basically same groups. numbers Clostridium fluid, prausnitzii observation group significantly lower than those control (colonic tissues: 3.68 ± 0.54 vs. 4.34 0.27, 4.26 0.28 5.33 0.42, 4.46 0.68 4.99 0.61; fluid: 3.26 0.61 4.09 0.51, 3.10 1.42 4.86 1.03, 5.24 5.95 2.24 1.83 3.24 1.46), there statistical differences (P 0.05). analysis result showed that Lactobacillus positively correlated (r = 0.427, 0.689, 0.577 0.369; P 0.041, 0.013, 0.024 0.035), coli Salmonella negatively -0.352 -0.649, 0.026 0.013).
Conclusions
The is same, an imbalance microbiota found patients. decrease.
