The research of significance T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in the recovery period of childhood with asthma

Objective To investigate significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood the recovery period children with asthma. Methods measure CD3 + cell, CD4 CD8 cell and +/CD8 ratio by indirect immunofluorescence compare results. Results The levels cell,CD4 /CD8 asthma were significantly lower than those normal subjects(P ＜ 0. 01,0. 05 ); was also higher that subjects (P ).There no significant differences level between healthy subjects(P.＞ 05). Conclusion There are imbalances sebsets ,The may play an important role chronic airway inflammation.
