ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the clinical effects of two different surgical methods for treatment horseshoe-shaped anal fistula.
Methods
A retrospective study was performed on 98 cases patients with fistula who were admitted from January 2016 to June 2018.According types surgery, divided into A group and B group, 49 in each group.There 26 male 23 female aged (45.23±2.67) years old, ranged 24 68.There 27 22 (46.19±2.34) 66.In A, posterior midline anus cut open.A radial incision made at external orifice or ends tubes both sides.After removal fibrous tissue, incisions sides ensured penetrate margin.In horseshoe-B a wire used after probe out curette used.The efficacy, wound healing time, postoperative pain score, sphincter score satisfaction rate horseshoe compared between groups using methods.
Results
The total effective 89.8% (44/49) 73.5% (36/49) B. The higher than that B, difference statistically significant (P<0.05). time [(6.54±0.89) days] shorter B[(7.89±0.92) days], score(2.87±0.43) score(5.67±0.67) lower (3.91±0.51) (7.89±0.71), 89.8%(44/49) 71.4% (35/49). (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Radial line-to-mouth drainage can achieve better shorten prognosis satisfaction.
