Application of nursing intervention under community family responsibility doctor contract mode on insulin therapy in elderly diabetic patients

ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention under community family responsibility doctor contract mode on insulin therapy knowledge, compliance, self-management ability and glucose control in elderly diabetic patients. Methods From June 2015 to May 2016, 100 inpatients Endocrinology Department Shangqiu First People's Hospital He'nan Province were selected by convenience sampling. All patients randomly divided into observation group group, 50 cases each group. Patients accepted routine post discharge. On basis control, treated with signing service agreement intervention. The follow-up was carried out for six months injection compliance score behavior, changes fasting blood-glucose two groups compared. Results Three after intervention, scores knowledge higher than those group; lower three significant differences (P<0.05) . There an interaction effect between factor time a difference (F=6.943, P<0.001) total behavior (F=6.243, . Conclusions The is conducive mastering improving as well control.
