ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the effects of different posture on plasma ANP and AngⅡ during laparoscopy. Methods Forty patients,ASA class I or Ⅱ,scheduled for elective laparoscopy surgery under general anesthesia were included in this study. The patients randomly divided into two groups according to their laparoscopy(20 cases each group). The group A arranged a head-down tilt position B head-up requirement operation.Blood samples taken from central venous at four time points before pneumoperitoneum(T1),after 10 minutes(T2)and 20 mintues(T3)when operation-needed with stable pneumoperitoneum pressure 14 mm Hg(1 mm.Hg =0.133 kPa),and 5 minutes(T4)after deflation when returned supine position. The Ang Ⅱ assessed by radioimmunoassay.Resuits The level was higher T2 than that T1,and it significantly T3 T1 (P < 0.05).ANP same 0.05).Ang levels both 0.01),but there no significant difference between > 0.05).Conclusions may have obvious effect pneumoperitoneum. It Ⅱ.
