Application of embryos vitrification in assisted reproductive technology

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of human cleavage embryos cryopreservation by vitrification.Methods With patients' consent,the remaining which met standards after third day transplantation were vitrificated.If fresh cycle pregnancy failed,according to conditions patients,the thawred.The survival rate and recovery thawing observed.Results Among 207 embryo vitrificated from 84 cycles,198 survived,the was 95.7％ ; 187 completely complete 90.3 ％ 41 implantated,the implantation 19.8％ 28 patients got pregnancy,the pregnant 33.3％.Three cases pregnancies had early abortion,5 term birth,and other 20 ongoing.Conclusions Vitrification is suitabale for embryos,and has good rate,implantation rate.
