Analysis of diagnosis and treatment effect on plasma combined with laryngoscope CO2 laser on early glottic laryngeal carcinoma

Objective To compare the effect of CO2 laser combined with radiofrequency ablation and conventional surgery on early glottic laryngeal carcinoma, explore advantages micro-surgery treatment cancer.

Methods Ninety patients cancer admitted to People’s Hospital Zhengzhou University from October 2016 2018 were selected as study subjects. The divided into group A B, 45 cases in each group. Group was treated plasma therapy, while B traditional fissure surgery. length hospitalization, pseudomembranes time, wound pain complication rate recurrence compared between two groups.

Results The hospitalization days, lower than those differences significant (P<0.05).
