Genotyping of Yersinia pestis isolated from Gansu Province by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats

ABSTRACT
Objective To type Yersinia pestis isolated from Gansu Province, and to study the trend of diffreent strains in different administrative regions years. Methods Totally 193 were enrolled this study, including 9 Ganning Dauricus type, 18 Aerjin 45 Qilian 121 Qingzang type. These genotyped by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR), genotypes named according international standard. Genotyping CRISPR years Province was explored. Results Two clusters (Ca7 Cb4), four (genotypes 7, 22, 24 26) classified CRISPR. From point view origin, genotype main Akesai 36.36% (16/44), Subei 36.17% (17/47), Yumen 50.00% (5/10) Su'nan 38.67% (29/75); Xiahe Huining 26 (4/7); Shandan 22 (1/1). time, during 1960-1969, 1970-1979 1980-1989 [53.33% (8/15), 60.00% (6/10) 48.28% (14/29)]; [40.91% (18/44)] 1990-1999; [43.16% (41/95)] 2000-2009.
