ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the fetal hemodynamic and growth effect, maternal pregnant outcome of indomethacin on goat model intrauterine balloon aortic valvuloplasty(IUBAV). Methods Forty twin goats(106-124 gestational days, term: 150 days) were designed as research objects IUBAV was established.According to whether adopting goat, 40 goats randomly divided into control group(placebo n=20) group(feeding n=20). According administration, 80 sheep then enrolled 4 groups.A1 group: placebo+ control, A2 IUBAV, B1 indomethacin+ B2 IUBAV.Following parameters included statistical analysis done among diffe-rent groups, which heart rate, biparietal diameter, annulus umbilical/aortic systolic peak velocity end diastolic ratio(S/D), diameter ductus arteriosus flow pattern trans blood flow, body weight hematocrit full-term newborn goats. Results After adopting, post-procedure preterm birth rate decreased from 50.00% 8.33%.Fetal S/D increased post-procedure, gradually recovered 3-day there existed significant differences groups(P 0.05) after administration. After no difference all groups in annular goats(P>0.05). Conclusions Indomethacin can improve post-IUBAV pregnancy ewes, provide protective inhibition effects changes goats, could avoid constriction, retardation, is proved be an effective measure cardiac intervention.
