Analysis on the emotional sate and the related influencing factors in children with nocturnal enuresis

ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the emotional state and its influencing factors in children with nocturnal enuresis, so as to improve clinical attention give appropriate intervention.
Methods
Totally 166 enuresis patients aged 9-15 years old were admitted Beijing Children's Hospital Affiliated Capital Medical University from August 2011 2014.Specifically, Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) Depressive Self-Rating Scale Childhood (DSRSC) utilized test patients' state.The comparison between general norm data of healthy psychological performed, latter influence evaluated.Analysis variance t-test performed.Frequency was done by using χ2 test.Influence analysis made Logistic or multiple regression analysis.
Results
The incidence children's anxiety 39.2%(65/166 cases). overall scores amounted 21.16±11.88 which significantly higher than norm(14.40±9.41)(P 0.05). The disorders mainly appeared primary without family history, poor grade relationships members peers.The school performance an important factor disorders(P<0.05).
Conclusions
Children are more likely have normal children.Their states is related type, performance, peer relationship.Therefore, should be paid enuresis.According adverse patients, effective treatment intervention given at same time.
