ABSTRACT
To investigate the effect of G4PAMAM/VEGFASODN compound on expression VEGF and mRNA in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells growth inhibition vascular endothelial cells.The diameter granule was measured by transmission electron microscopy, its stability under different pH also observed. Meanwhile, decreased.With good rate, can be a promising new nanometer vector gene transfer system. inhibit specifically efficiently, which may used for vivo animal experiment.
