ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) enhanced scanning in blunt renal trauma. Methods The data 116 patients with trauma treated our hospital from January 2012 to December 2017 were analyzed. All these cases underwent abdomen MSCT scans 92 scans, 41 performed excretory phase scan. The manifestations analyzed, compared B ultrasound results, rates diagnosis kidney compared. Results According criterion Association for Surgery Trauma (AAST), divided intoⅠ-Ⅴ grades according American surgery organ injury Severity Scale Kidney. Multi-slice 26 grade I, 27 II, 39 gradeⅢ, 14 gradeⅣ, 10 V. Diagnosis classⅠ, gradeⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ level closed rate 88.5%, 88.9%, 89.7%, 92.8%, 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that coincidence 80.7%, 81.5%, 84.6%, 85.7%, 90%, difference had statistical (P<0.05). outcomes achieve a 100% accuracy rate, confirmed by surgical findings. In one case plain scan, right considered integrity detected exploration, while scan consistent results. Conclusion MSCT can quickly determine degree concomitant patients, has important guiding grading injury. Key words: Renal trauma; Multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT); Diagnosis; Grading
