ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the expression of ClC-3 and BK ion channels in rat glioma cells, speculate function invasion cells. Methods Conventional establishment C6 brain model Wistar rats, rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (glioma group, model+Chlorotoxin model+Iberiotoxin sham operation group control group). The immunohistochemical detection was performed. Furthermore, changes tumor volume after using CIC-3 specific inhibitor Chlorotoxin Iberiotoxin observed. Results ClC-3 channel highly expressed cell line, while relatively low; volum decreased significantly application (P<0.05), there no significant change Iberiotoxin. Conclusion ClC-3 plays an important role invasive growth suggesting that might be a new target for treatment future. Key words: Glioma; Invasion; ClC-3 channel; BK
