ABSTRACT
We present a flare star catalog from four years of non-targeted millimeter-wave survey data the South Pole Telescope (SPT). The were taken with SPT-3G camera and cover 1500-square-degree region sky $20^{h}40^{m}0^{s}$ to $3^{h}20^{m}0^{s}$ in right ascension $-42^{\circ}$ $-70^{\circ}$ declination. This was observed on nearly daily cadence 2019-2022 chosen avoid plane galaxy. A short-duration transient search this yields 111 flaring events 66 stars, increasing number both detected stars by an order magnitude previous release. provide cross-matching Gaia DR3, as well matches X-ray point sources found second ROSAT all-sky survey. have across main sequence, early-type M dwarfs, large population evolved stars. These are mostly nearby, spanning 10 1000 parsecs distance. Most spectral indices constant or gently rising function frequency at 95/150/220 GHz. timescale these can range minutes hours, peak $\nu L_{\nu}$ luminosities $10^{27}$ $10^{31}$ erg s$^{-1}$ bands.
