ABSTRACT
DNA methylation maintains allele specific gene expression (Chan et al., 2003) in which miRNA influences allele-specific protein and SNPs, found inside miRNA, turn tumor susceptibility (Nicoloso 2010). Further, methylated CpGs have been correlated to APC colorectal cancer (Zhang 2007) retrotranspositions also (Miki 1992). Another aspect unrelated it is Tet1 gene, has associated with the conversion of methylcytosine hydroxymethyl cytosine (Tahiliani 2009). DNA might a role prevention normal differentiation pediatric cancers (Diede 2009). As difference between nucleobase its form structure molecular weight, this research article focussed on using molar mass nucleobases find out if there any uniqueness as for position occurrence nucleotide given model. SNPs was used model addressing trios (cytosine, 5methyl cytosine, hydroxy methyl cytosine) based nucleobase. conditions SNP, at sequence, were uniformly conform all 140,000 analysed, including clinically from NCBI SNP database, intrigued conformity be cross checked near experimentally proven sites.
Key words: SNP, mass, Tet1, colorectal cancer, methylation.
