ABSTRACT
The purpose of this present investigation is to evaluate the moisturizing effects cosmetic creams containing extract of Moringa oleifera leaves (Sohajana) by non-invasive bioengineering techniques. study was conducted during winter months (October January). A total eleven healthy male volunteers with ages between 20 and 35 years contributed accomplish single blind study. active cream base were applied twice daily face (cheeks) for a period 12 weeks. The instrumental measurements carried out tewameter corneometer under draught-free room, controlled temperature (18.0 20.6°C) relative humidity (55 65%). results recommended that assessed outcome very well accepted, improved skin hydration barrier function test product. There significant decrease in skin transepidermal water loss (TEWL) increase achieved when ANOVA paired t-sample applied.   Key words: Moringa oleifera, extract, cream, corneometer, tewameter, moisturizer
