Abstract: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare inflammatory neutrophilic dermatosis that difficult to diagnose due non-specific clinical, laboratory, and histopathologic features. Distinguishing pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia (PEH) from squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) also histopathologically challenging.
