본 연구는 코로나 19를 전후로 기혼여성의 우울감이 시간에 따라 어떻게 변화하였는지를 종단적으로 살펴보고 따른 우울 변화에 개인 차이가 존재하는지, 우울감의 변화궤적에 영향을 주는 특성으로서 일-가정양립 어려움의 인식은 어떠한 역할을 하는지 분석하였다. 연구모형 분석을 위해 한국복지패널 데이터 중 2019년부터 2021년까지 조사된 14-16차 종단자료를 활용하여 다층종단분석을 시행하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다옴과 같다. 첫째, 최근 3년 간 우울감은 시간 경과에 유의미하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 우울감 변화궤적에는 개인차가 존재하였다. 셋째, 어려움에 대한 인식이 높은 기혼여성들은 그렇지 않은 기혼여성들에 비해 가파르게 19 이후 어려움 인식의 조절효과를 확인함으로써 일-가정양립에 완화가 정신건강에 긍정적인 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 이에 따라, 일-가정양립과 정신건강을 지원할 제도적 · 정책적 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 스마트 폰의 보급과 컨텐츠 이용에 있어서 주요 트래픽이 IoT 데이터 및 실시간 미디어 데이터로 옮겨감에 따라 모바일 트래픽은 기하급수적으로 증가 중이다. 기존 LTE 시스템에서의 한계를 극복하기 위한 5세대 이동통신기술(5G)은 4G 시스템 대비 1000배의 트래픽 수용률, 연결 디바이스의 수용, 저지연, 고 에너지 효율, 비용을 충족하는 기술이나 높은 주파수 영역의 사용에 따른 경로손실이 매우 높아 시스템에 비하여 서비스 제공이 어려울 수 있다. 이러한 단점을 위하여 스몰셀이나 단말간통신(D2D)등 여러 가지 기술들이 연구중에 본 논문에서는 이동통신시스템의 성능향상을 기술로 스몰셀 기술을 소개한다. 이후 기술 적용 분석과 매크로 통신과 통신에 대한 결정, 전력제어에 제안하는 알고리즘 적용의 결과의 비교로 성능을 분석한다. 분석결과를 통하여 이동통신 시스템에서 이용하면 음영지역 개선 밀리미터파의 경로손실 문제를 크게 감소하는 효과를 얻을 있음을 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 음주가족력이 있는 여성알코올중독자들에게 재발예방프로그램을 적용하여 그 효과와 효과의 지속성을 검증하고, 이들의 알코올 중독 재발예방에 대한 효과적인 개입 방안을 마련하는 것이다. 연구참여자는 알코올전문병원(정신건강의학과)에 입원한 환자들 중 여성알코올중독자로 모집하였고, 실험군 9명, 대조군 8명으로 1회기 당 50분씩 총 8회기 프로그램을 주2회씩 4주간 진행하였다. 효과성 검증을 위하여 유사 실험설계 비동일 통제집단 설계모형을 설정하였다. 프로그램의 시간의 경과에 따른 주요 변수의 변화 및 지속성 평가를 프로그램 전과 종결 직후 그리고 1개월 후, 2개월 후에 추적검사를 실시하였다. 결과, 프로그램에 참여한 실험군에서 우울은 유의미하게 감소, 금주자기효능감은 증가하였고, 대조군의 경우 우을은 유의미한 변화가 없었으며, 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 연구 결과는 여성알코올중독자를 위한 재발예방 프로그램이 감소시키고 향상시키는데 효과가 있으며 병원 지역사회에서...
