In this paper, we systematically study the transport, susceptibility and heat capacity of single crystals BaFe2−xCoxAs2. underdoped region, spin density wave (SDW) transition was observed in both resistivity susceptibility. The magnetic shows unusual T-linear dependence above SDW up to 700 K. With Co doping, ordering is gradually suppressed superconductivity emerges with a dome-like shape. electrical specific indicate that coexist BaFe2−xCoxAs2 sample around x=0.17, similar case...
Charged hadron identification in the Compressed Baryonic Matter experiment (CBM) is realized via Time-of-Flight method [1]. For this purpose CBM-ToF collaboration designed a wall composed of Multi-gap Resistive Plate Chambers (MRPCs). Due to high interaction rate CBM 10 MHz key challenge development MRPCs above 25 kHz/cm2 which become possible after low resistive glass with extremely good quality. In article we present actual conceptual design ToF-wall subdivided three parts namely outer...
In single crystals of Eu1 − xSrxFe2 yCoyAs2, Co doping suppresses spin-density wave (SDW) ordering and induces a superconducting transition. A resistivity reentrance due to the antiferromagnetic Eu2 + spins is observed, indicating competition between antiferromagnetism (AFM) superconductivity (SC). It striking that can be completely suppressed by small magnetic field field-induced metamagnetic transition from AFM ferromagnetism (FM). The also substitution ions with nonmagnetic Ba2 /Sr2...
A novel hybrid microwave procedure for the synthesis of MgB2 superconductor was demonstrated. This has advantages over other methods using sealed tubes or high pressure. Using silicon carbide (SiC) powder as susceptor, samples can be synthesized in about 10 min by heating. The superconducting transition width sample less than 0.3 K, and its zero-resistance temperature 39.5 K. critical current density Jc estimated from magnetization hysteresis is 4.5 × 104 cm−2 at 20 K 1 T, which close to...
Native animals are facing long-term coexistence with invasive plants worldwide, the impacts of which on animal behavior remain poorly known. Potential ecological traps could threaten native birds breeding in plant habitats, but behavioral strategies for to avoid such risks few concerned. The invasion Smooth Cordgrass (Spartina alterniflora) has seriously varied vegetation landscape coastal wetlands eastern China, and affected habitat selection birds. Here, we investigated nesting...
The photoluminescence (PL) properties of Si-doped cubic GaN with different carrier concentrations were investigated at room temperature. epilayers grown on GaAs (001) by radio-frequency molecular-beam epitaxy. It was found that when the concentration is increased from 5×1015 to 2×1018 cm−3, PL peak shifted towards low energy, 3.246 3.227 eV, and linewidth 77.1 121 meV. shift explained band gap narrowing effect due high doping concentration. includes two parts: one independent, which caused...
The Resistive Plate Chambers (RPC) are low-cost charged-particle detectors with good timing resolution and potentially spatial resolution. Using RPC as gamma detector provides an opportunity for application in positron emission tomography (PET). In this work, we use the GEANT4 simulation package to study various methods improving detection efficiency of a realistic RPC-based PET model 511 keV photons, by adding more units, changing thickness each layer, choosing different converters using...
The (PZT 53/47) and 20/80) films deposited on substrates by RF magnetron sputtering are single-phase epitaxial films. In order to prevent large thermal stresses being induced in the during preparation process, PZT were cooled slowly through Curie temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that 53/47 film had a pyramid structure its surface, whereas 20/80 smooth surface without any observable features. Transmission (TEM) observations similar features: coarse columnar structure,...
The effects of composition, synthesis conditions, oxygen content and F doping on superconductivity structure for the R-substituted Bi-2201 compound was investigated by means XRD measurements superconductivity. For (R = La, Pr, Nd Sm), optimum value x is 0.4. When 0.4, sintering temperature R Pr Nd, Sm. decreases with decreasing ionic radius R. , range y 0.28 - 0.33 improved quenching. F-doped Bi-2201, increasing content.
We have prepared high-quality a-axis-oriented superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO) films using a self-template method on (100) SrTiO3 (STO) substrates by dc sputtering. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that the were grown epitaxially STO with a-axis perpendicular to surface. The full-width at half-maximum value of 0.081 was measured through rocking curve (200) peak. effect deposition temperature thickness template layer upper quality investigated. found...
The Siberian Scoter (Melanitta stejnegeri) is a medium sea duck distinct from M. deglandi due to the absence of hybridization and differences in morphological characteristics. However, knowledge its phylogenetic relationships within Anseriformes limited lack molecular data. In this study, complete mitogenome stejnegeri was firstly sequenced, then annotated used reconstruct 76 species. 16,631 bp encodes 37 typical genes: 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNAs, 22 transfer 1 non-coding...
Babbitt alloy is a bearing material with excellent properties, including good anti-friction wear resistance, embeddedness, corrosion, and compliance, as well sufficient capacity. However, the development of engines to have high speed heavy load, use exposes its weaknesses low capacity, insufficient fatigue strength sharp decline in mechanical properties an increase working temperature. Therefore, application scope gradually narrowed subject certain limitations. Improving tensile resistance...
Tin-based Babbitt alloys are a widely used bearing bushing material which have good comprehensive properties. However, problems such as high-temperature softening and insufficient capacity occur during their use, so the optimization of tin-based has become research hotspot. In this paper, ZChSnSb11-6 alloy was mainly prepared by gravity casting method, different amounts Zn were added to (the mass fraction values 0 wt.%, 0.05 0.1 0.15 0.2 respectively). Through hardness test, tensile friction...
The fluorine-doped rare-earth iron oxypnictide series SmFeAsO1−xFx (0 0.10) was investigated with high resolution powder x-ray scattering. In agreement previous studies (Margadonna et al 2009 Phys. Rev. B. 79 014503), the parent compound SmFeAsO exhibits a tetragonal-to-orthorhombic structural distortion at = 130 K which is rapidly suppressed by 0.10 deep within superconducting dome. change in unit cell symmetry followed previously unreported magnetoelastic 120 K. temperature dependence of...
