Anti-inflammatory therapy is an effective strategy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes (T2D). Studies found that inflammatory responses vivo were strongly associated with defects mucosal barrier function gut epithelium. While some microbial strains could help repair intestinal mucosa and maintain integrity barrier, specific mechanisms remain to be fully elucidated. The present study investigated effects Parabacteroides distasonis (P. distasonis) on inflammation level T2D rats explored...
As a disease caused by an impaired intestinal epithelial barrier, imbalanced flora, immune imbalance and genetic susceptibility, ulcerative colitis (UC) is becoming health threat for all ages. Lactobacillus acidophilus (L. acidophilus), attracting probiotic, has already been confirmed to improve dysfunction, stabilize microflora, combat gut disorders. However, no studies have focused on the effects of different forms L. UC, its mechanism involved in mitophagy/NLRP3 inflammasome pathway not...
Herein, we described a highly regio- and enantioselective Friedel–Crafts alkylation of aniline derivatives with in situ generated ortho-quinone methides enabled by chiral phosphoric acid, furnishing wide range enantioenriched triarylmethanes bearing three similar benzene rings high yields (up to 98%) excellent stereoselectivities 98% ee). Furthermore, the large-scale reactions diversified transformations product demonstrate practicality protocol. Density functional theory calculations...
Penisarins A (1) and B (2), sesquiterpene coumarins with an unusual tricyclic system, were isolated from endophytic Penicillium sp. KMU18029. Their structures elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, electronic circular dichroism calculations. Compound 2 showed significant cytotoxicities against two human cancer cell lines, HL-60 SMMC-7721, IC50 values 3.6 ± 0.2 3.7 μM, respectively.
Hybrid separation processes combining simulated moving bed chromatography and crystallization have been known to reduce the capital cost for enantiomer separation, but past studies limited systems of single-component pure solvent. In this study, a model-based design strategy using binary solvent is presented. Separation d- l-phenylalanine in mixture methanol water was employed as case study. Experimental data solid–liquid equilibrium well chromatographic were obtained at various compositions...
A homopolysaccharide fraction (PEP-1A) with desired immunomodulatory activity was isolated from culture broth of Parabacteroides distasonis. Structural characterization uncovered that PEP-1A had a molecular weight 3.40 × 106 Da and possessed mannose merely. Comprehensive analysis FT-IR, GC–MS 1D/2D NMR confirmed the structure expected as follows: Download : high-res image (61KB)Download full-size Finally, assays on RAW 264.7 macrophages showed could promote proliferation, increase production...
Abstract The comparative enantioseparation of seven chiral triazole fungicides on a Pirkle type ( S,S )‐Whelk O1 column and four different cellulose derivative columns, namely tribenzoate (CTB), tris(4‐methylbenzoate) (CTMB), triphenylcarbamate (CTPC), tris(3,5‐dimethylphenyl carbamate) (CDMPC), in normal phase mode is described. investigated were tebuconazole, hexaconazole, myclobutanil, diniconazole, uniconazole, paclobutrazol, triadimenol. separation each solute was with ethanol, n...
Abstract HPLC enantiomeric separations of 8 α ‐amino acids were achieved using two self‐made chiral stationary phases (CSP)–phenyl isocyanate teicoplanin (Phe‐TE) and 3,5‐dimethylphenyl (DMP‐TE), reversed phase mobile phases. The Phe‐TE or the DMP‐TE CSP was prepared from TE derivative agents, phenyl isocyanate, respectively. chromatographic results given as retention, selectivity, resolution factor enantioselective free energy difference corresponding to separation enantiomers. effect pH,...
The first asymmetric Mannich reaction of C -alkynyl N -Boc , O -acetals with β-ketoacids has been developed to access chiral β-keto propargylamines.
Cardiovascular disease (CVD), a leading cause of morbidity and mortality, is among the most prevalent health problems worldwide effective strategies for its prevention treatment are urgently required. In this regard, increasing research has demonstrated that natural drugs offer antihypertensive, antiatherosclerotic, cardioprotective activities, many applied widely CVD manifestations such as myocardial infarction, peripheral vascular diseases, coronary heart disease. Natural have significant...
Abstract Two new alkamides, 8,11‐dihydroxy‐dodeca‐2 E ,4 ,9 ‐triensaureisobutylamid (Compound 1) and 7‐hydroxy‐trideca‐2 ,8 ‐dien‐10,12‐diynoic acid isobutylamide 2), as well eight known compounds were isolated from the whole plants of Spilanthes callimorpha . The structures alkamides characterized on basis their spectral data.
This paper reported the enantioseparation of Naproxen, Ketoprofen and Etodolac on tartardiamide-DMB chiral stationary phase (CHI-DMB) (R,R) –DNB-DPEDA phase, using hexane as mobile with various modifiers. The influence composition including type concentration modifiers in structures analytes separation was studied. results indicated that steric structure solute, especially environment carbon, predominant factor for recognition. type, also retention resolution. recognition mechanism CHI-DMB...
(R)-6-Acrylic-BINOL CSP, a novel chiral stationary phase was prepared by (R)-Binaphthol (R-BINOL) introducing the acrylic group into 6-position of (R)-BINOL before bonding it to surface silica gel. The structure CSP characterized IR, SEM, and element analysis. This new material tested for its potential as HPLC under normal conditions, especially conjugated compounds. Six solutes were chosen evaluate separation ability CSP. effects mobile temperature on enantioseparation studied, recognition...
