Ghost imaging system requires a large number of samples to reconstruct the object. Computational ghost can use well-designed pre-modulated orthogonal patterns reduce requirement sampling and increase quality, while rotating ground glass (RGG) scheme cannot. Instead pre-modulation method, post-processing method using Gram-Schmidt process orthonormalize in RGG is introduced. Reconstructed image after (SGI) are tested quality indicators such as Contrast-to-Noise (CNR), Peak Signal Noise Ratio...

In this Letter, the surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) signal of early breast cancer (BRC) patient serum is obtained by a composite silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) PSi Bragg reflector SERS substrate. Based on these advantages, signals 30 normal people and BRC patients were detected After baseline correction experimental data, principal component analysis linear discriminant used to complete data processing. The results showed that diagnostic accuracy, specificity, sensitivity Ag NPs...

Abstract Early and accurate diagnosis of cystic echinococcosis (CE) with existing technologies is still challenging. Herein, we proposed a novel strategy based on the combination label‐free serum surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy machine learning for rapid non‐invasive early‐stage CE. Specifically, by establishing early‐ middle‐stage mouse models, corresponding CE‐infected normal control samples were collected, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) utilized as substrate to obtain...

Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are characterized by dynamic wound microbiome, the timely and accurate identification of pathogens in clinic is required to initiate precise individualized treatment. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) has been a useful supplement routine culture method for etiological diagnosis DFUs. In this study, we utilized mNGS analyze same DFU samples results were compared. Forty from patients with DFUs at tertiary medical center South China collected,...

A high-precision joint time and radio frequency (RF) transfer scheme based on coherent demodulation is demonstrated. one-pulse-per-second (1 PPS) signal an RF signal, transmitted at the same wavelength over a fiber link, are coherently demodulated receiver. Coherent then achieved using Michelson interferometer (MI), with balanced detection employed to enhance signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of signals. An differential delay 1042 ps precisely designed through microwave phase discrimination...

Imaging through single multimode fiber prevails its counterpart using mode bundle on spatial resolution limit and minimum radius. Current imaging suffers from fussy calibration, which can be reduced by recent developed compressive sensing scheme [ [L. V. Amitonova, Opt. Lett. 43, 5427 (2018)]. Experiments demonstrate improvement depth of field more than three orders magnitude, together with robustness against macro bending, is vital to endoscopic applications.

Ghost imaging reconstructs the image based on second-order correlation of repeatedly measured light fields. When observed object is moving, consecutive sampling procedure leads to a motion blur in reconstructed images. To overcome this defect, we propose novel method ghost obtain information moving with small number measurements, which could be regarded as relatively static. Our exploits idea compressive sensing for superior reconstruction, combining low-order moments images directly extract...
