In the present work, micro-electric discharge machining (micro-EDM) of Ti-6Al-V alloy with tungsten carbide electrode has been performed. This paper describes the effect of various flushing conditions on accuracy deep holes drilled via micro electrical discharge machining (EDM) machining. Copper tubes were used for hole drilling in copper.
