The present research was performed to assess the effect of 24-epibrassinolide (EBR) on salt-stressed soybean plants. Salt stress suppressed growth, biomass yield, gas exchange parameters, pigment content, and chlorophyll fluorescence, but all these parameters were up-regulated by EBR supply. Moreover, salt increased hydrogen peroxide, malondialdehyde, electrolyte leakage. supplementation reduced accumulation oxidative biomarkers. activities superoxide dismutase catalase, proline,...
Abstract Cadmium stress is one of the chief environmental cues that can substantially reduce plant growth. In present research, we studied effect jasmonic acid (JA) and gibberellic (GA 3 ) applied individually and/or in combination to chickpea ( Cicer arietinum plants exposed 150 µM cadmium sulphate. resulted reduced growth pigment contents. Moreover, under contamination displayed higher levels electrolytic leakage, H 2 O 2, malonaldehyde, as well lower relative water content. Plants primed...
There is a rapid spread of Multiple Sclerosis disorder across the globe. are around 2.8 million cases in world; among them, 1 just present US. Many drugs have been tested on MS patients but there no effective treatment for till now. inhibitors, such as dronabinol, and nabilone, used to treat MS. So, we different compounds from Bacopa monnieri Centella asiatica inhibit symptoms caused by We targeted 1PY9 receptor it has shown some good results experimental labs. In this article, will study...
Abstract In this study the applicability of Zirconium ion impregnated coconut fiber carbon (ZICFC) as an adsorbent for fluoride removal from water was investigated. The dependence adsorption on physicochemical properties includes pH, agitation time, dosage, temperature, and initial concentration adsorbate. Maximum defluoridation obtained at original pH value 4.0 with a rapid 93% being achieved within 10 min contact ZICFC. Adsorption data onto ZICFC were better correlated to Langmuir isotherm...
In this research, zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) are bio-synthesized using Mangifera indica leaf extract and used for reduction of cadmium (Cd) stress in tomato plants.
This study investigates the effect of fly ash (FA) on Pithecellobium dulce (Roxb) Benth. trees growing at three different locations. FA stress caused significant changes in leaf attributes like sugar, protein contents, photosynthetic pigments, nitrate content and reductase activity foliar tissues plants a highly contaminated site, as compared to low-pollution site. Lower rates stomatal conductance (SC) were observed P. leaves under conditions that drastically reduced net rate (PN); however,...
The present study was carried out to explore the possible role of kinetin and gibberellic acid (GA3) on faba bean under chromium (Cr) stress. Cr treatment negatively affected growth biomass production, reduced photosynthetic pigments, inhibited photosynthesis, gas exchange parameters, antioxidant enzymes, glyoxylase cycle. Moreover, stress enhanced production malondialdehyde (MDA, 216.11%) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, 230.16%), electrolyte leakage (EL, 293.30%), accumulation proline glycine...
