Based on social exchange theory, this study examines the influence of leaders' trusting behavior and competence in in-role activities members' perceived leader-member (LMX) relationships. 본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 시기의 비대면근무가 지식근로자의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 중앙일보 평가 45개 대학의 1259명의 경영학 교수들을 대상으로 2016년부터 2023년까지 연구성과를 분석에 사용하였다. 이전(2016~2019년), 기간(2020~2021년), 이후(2022~2023년)의 세 시점을 비교 위해 사전-사건-사후 분석(Pre-Event, Event, Post-Event Analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 기간 동안 비대면근무를 실시한 대부분의 대학에서 교수의 연구성과가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이후 대면 근무로의 전환이 이루어지면서 교수들의 감소하는 추세를 보였으며, 이는 이전의 수준으로 회귀되는 양상을 나타내었다. 특히 조교수의 경우 비대면 기간에 급속히 증가하였으나 팬데믹이 종료되고 대면근무로 완전히 전환된 2023년에는 큰 폭의 감소를 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 실증적으로 보여준 결과라고 할 있다. 이러한 연구 결과는...
