Motivation: enhancers play an important role in the regulation of gene expression during spermatogenesis.
The hydrophilic acrylic acid was used to modify the glass by grafting onto plasma treated surface under catalyzer of H 2 SO 4 .The results were analyzed from two aspects composition and structure attenuated total reflection FTIR ( ATR-FT-IR) tensiometer ,respectively.Research shows that grafted successfully;moreover, competition between reaction carboxyl hydroxyl groups self polymerization had close relationship with concentrations sulfuric acid,when was14%,the hydrophobic effect best.
