Abstract This review summarizes recent applications of ionic liquids (ILs) as 'green' solvents and extractants in the extraction separation Rare Earths (REs), which are widely used a variety high-tech products mining, separation, smelting can greatly damage environment. Conventional imidazolium-based ILs diluents more active than non-coordinating such kerosene n-heptane REs including co-existing thorium. Imidazolium cations be involved cation exchange or forming new complexes with REs(III)...

Pre-travel recommendation is developed to provide a variety of out-of-town Point-of-Interests (POIs) for users planning travel away from their hometowns but have not yet decided on destination. Existing recommender systems work constructing users' latent preferences and inferring intentions check-in sequences. However, there are still two challenges that hamper the performance these approaches: i) Users' interactive data (including hometown check-ins) tend be rare, while candidate POIs come...

Planetary gearboxes are widely used in mechanical transmission systems due to their large ratio and high efficiency. In a planetary gearbox, the sun gear is usually set float balance sharing of loads among planet gears. However, this floating will result variation pressure angle, overlap ratio, meshing phase progress when faults occur, be enlarged. previous studies, these parameters were reduced constant. To study influence dynamic on vibration response under different operating conditions,...

In this paper we study the design of coring bits with wedge-shape cutting teeth vibratory drills that percussively penetrate into brittle material. The overall bit specific energy is analytically derived as a function spacing and number. It found given dimensions rock material properties, there exist an optimal spacing/depth ratio tooth number minimize hence maximize bit’s drilling rate. Experimental tests were performed to corroborate analytical results. was shown laboratory follow trend...

During spatial remote sensing imaging procedure, combined degradation factors conduce to Gaussian image blurring. The precondition of restoring the degraded is estimate point spread function (PSF) system as precisely possible. Because depredating processes are quite complex, transfer often completely or partly unknown, which makes it difficult identify precise PSF. Considering similarity between quantum process and in probability statistics fields, a novel algorithm proposed by using...
