We propose a methodology to study and visualize the evolution of modular structure network functional dependencies in software system. Our method identifies periods significant refactoring activities, also known as evolutionary hot spots systems. approach is based on clustering design matrices Kleinberg's identifying hot-spots dynamic networks.
