Abstract Phacomatosis pigmentovascularis is characterized by coexistent extensive cutaneous vascular (capillary) and pigmentary anomalies. We describe a 2‐month‐old infant presenting with classic features of phacomatosis 2b (phacomatosis cesioflammea).
