We here designed and prepared a multi-responsive microgel (hPEA-mGel) fabricated through the co-assembly of hyperbranched poly(ether amine) pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercaptopropionate) (PTMP) in aqueous solution, followed by thiol–ene photo-click crosslinking.
