The development of cooperative relationships among project participants makes relationship norms an important governance mechanism to promote behavior. However, the research on mostly ignored network environment established by participants. A static cannot accurately reflect actual state from perspective embeddedness, but behavior dynamic embeddedness is limited. Therefore, this study overcame limitation analysis. This paper divided implementation process construction projects into early,...

With the coming of intelligent vehicles and vehicular communication, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) connected are emerging now evolving to Cooperative-ITS (C-ITS), as service platforms for smart cities. Considering new properties, autonomous cooperation such has exhibited novel QoS features that imply requirements: guaranteeing traffic efficiency any emergent vehicle while trying promote throughput at an intersection. So, after analyzing classic reservation-based mechanisms,...

Federated learning (FL) has emerged as a widely adopted training paradigm for privacy-preserving machine learning. While the SGD-based FL algorithms have demonstrated considerable success in past, there is growing trend towards adopting adaptive federated optimization methods, particularly large-scale models. However, conventional synchronous aggregation design poses significant challenge to practical deployment of those presence straggler clients. To fill this research gap, paper introduces...

With the emergence of swarm intelligent systems, especially swarming aircraft and ground vehicles, cooperation in multiple dimensions has becoming one great challenges. How to dynamically schedule resources within a system optimize execution tasks are all vital aspects for such systems. Focusing on this topic, paper, new task planning mechanism with constraints is proposed solve dynamic programming problems. Concretely, several fundamental models, covering three-level models resource-service...

In this paper, an HSDPA packet scheduling algorithm based on particle swarm for distributed station is studied. This can be applied non-real time service scheduling. A weighted object function proposed the service. The channel information and delay are combined by methods, intelligent where to solve problem. computer simulations confirm that achieves a good compromise between fairness of users throughput system non-real-time service, performance better than proportional fair algorithm.

The article first introduces the principle of C4.5 algorithm in detail and it to construction cost industry. Based on algorithm, models analyzes bill quantities a case project, extracts classification rules, then randomly selects cases verify universal applicability rules. results show that rule is universally applicable, which can help practitioners engineering make rapid predictions improve efficiency decision-making analysis.

This paper proposes an optimization method of network access control policy based on NDIS data packet filtering techniques, and then a solution is developed to design system. Based this scheme, the program running interconnect device which supports media layer could capture, transmit or discard packets with rules involved MAC, IP level. The system acquires maintains dynamic information ensure flexibility accessing Internet. Experimental results show has well capability robust.

We first consider the static problem of allocating resources to ( i.e. , scheduling) multiple distributed application framework s, possibly with different priorities and server preferences in a private cloud heterogeneous servers. Several fai r scheduling mechanisms have been proposed for this purpose. extend pr ior results on max-min proportional fair t his constrained multiresource multiserver case generi c criteria. The task efficiencies (a metric elated fairness) allocations found b y...
