The production and distribution of food are among the hot topics debated in context sustainable development. Short supply chains (SFSCs) now widely believed to be more comparison mass delivery systems. To date, very little quantitative evidence exists on impacts various types chains. Using a cross-sectional approach, this study assesses sustainability channels short long based 208 producers across seven countries: France, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Vietnam. Mycotoxins contamination in food is a serious source of health risks. This paper evaluates the Italian consumers’ perception mycotoxins’ risk through their willingness to pay (WTP) for hypothetical bottle milk obtained by cows fed with, inter alia, maize certified “good practices” (GPs) that reduce this risk. Therefore, web-based stated choice experiment (SCE) has been carried out involving representative sample 973 consumers and WTP measured using panel data version Random Parameters Logit...

To evaluate effective contribution area, we compare each FQS product with its equivalent standard/conventional counterpart.
