Abstract Hybrid organic/inorganic acrylic nanostructured films were prepared by a UV/thermal dual‐curing process. The role of fluorinated hydroxyl acrylate monomer (AF) as coupling agent was investigated. Oxygen-deficient Sr2ScGaO5 single crystals with a cubic perovskite structure were grown by the floating-zone technique.
