The extensive production of waste wool in the textile industry poses significant environmental challenges. To address this issue, we present a novel recycling approach that transforms into carbonized, porous, and C/N/O co-doped TiO 2 composite material. This was achieved through simple one-step hydrothermal synthesis followed by calcination either nitrogen or an air atmosphere. innovative method not only repurposes but also creates material with impressive adsorption photocatalytic...

A theoretical model for electro-mechanical properties of intrinsically conductive knitted fabrics made from stainless steel multi-filament yarns under large uniaxial deformation is presented. The investigations are focused on the relationship between load and electrical resistance fabric extension. circuit network proposed based loops configuration structure. equivalent obtained by solving equations network. In order to simplify calculation contacting forces overlapped yarns, a...

Abstract In order to match the reflectance profile of greenish leaf at NIR region, four commercially available vat dyes were used dye cotton fabrics. The dyed fabric and transmittance liquor in alcohol solution measured by using U-4100 spectrometer with an integrating sphere. effects combination dyeing, dyeing concentration (% owf) weaves on also studied. results show that is determined one whose curve emerges longer wavelengths. Vat Blue 13 plays important role green camouflaging. When blue...

Abstract This study demonstrates the development of polymeric superhydrophobic surfaces by a solvent‐free ultrafine powder coating (UPC) technique for first time. The developed exhibit lotus effect with water contact angles (CAs) over 160° and sliding angle (SA) less than 5°. It is evident that higher CA lower SA low‐energy are attributed to appropriate surface textures micro‐ and/or nano‐scales. AFM SEM images revealed unique double‐scale hierarchical (micro‐ nano) structures on surfaces....
