The effect of a plant growth-promoting bacterium (PGPB) Bacillus sp. V2026, producer indolyl-3-acetic acid (IAA) and gibberellic (GA), on the ontogenesis productivity four genotypes early-maturing spring wheat was studied under controlled conditions. inoculation plants with V2026 increased levels endogenous IAA GA in all level trans-Zeatin Sonora 64 Leningradskaya rannyaya cvs but decreased it AFI177 AFI91 ultra-early lines. Interactions between factors "genotype" "inoculation" were...

Nickel (Ni) is an essential element for plant growth and a constituent of several metalloenzymes, such as urease, Ni-Fe hydrogenase, Ni-superoxide dismutase. However, in high concentrations, Ni toxic hazardous to plants, humans animals. High levels inhibit germination, reduce chlorophyll content, cause osmotic imbalance oxidative stress. Sustainable plant-bacterial native associations are formed under Ni-stress, hyperaccumulator plants rhizobacteria showed tolerance Ni. Both partners (plants...

The present study demonstrates the Ni toxicity-ameliorating and growth-promoting abilities of two different bacterial isolates when applied to wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) as host plant. Two strains tolerant stress were isolated from seeds selected based on their ability improve germination plants; they identified Bacillus megaterium AFI1 Paenibacillus nicotianae AFI2. protective effects these epiphytic bacteria against studied in model experiments with cultivars: stress-tolerant...

Endophytic bacteria can be used to overcome the effect of salinity stress and promote plant growth nutrient uptake. Bacillus safensis colonizes a wide range habitats due survival in extreme environments unique physiological characteristics, such as high tolerance for salt, heavy metals, ultraviolet gamma radiations. The aim our study was examine salt resistance endophytic strain TS3 B. its ability produce phytohormones verify on yield field trials alleviation pot experiments. We demonstrate...

Previous research showed that the use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria helped to increase nutrient efficiency. The individual and combined effects action humic fertilizer Bacillus subtilis No. 2 on lettuce yield, chlorophyll, total nitrogen nitrate-(N) contents in leaves was studied. Traditional biochemical analysis crop reflectance method were compared. Vegetation Indices key spectrum characteristics - a median frequency bandwidth used estimate chlorophyll content leaves.The...

ABSTRACT We isolated an endophytic strain R243 and sequenced its genome using the NextSeq 1000 (Illumina) sequencing platform. The contains 4,478 protein-coding genes with a mean GC content of 45.56%. was identified as Bacillus paralicheniformis . Gene clusters involved in synthesis biocontrol substances were identified.

We report the whole-genome sequences of endophyte Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens strain W004 isolated from seeds winter wheat, cv. Bezostaya 100. The genome was obtained using Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencing. bacterium has a circular chromosome consisting 3.63 kbp with G+C% content 70.89%. found that could promote growth spring wheat plants, resulting in an increase grain yield 54.3%. Sequencing this new can provide insights into its potential role plant–microbe interactions.
