Herein, Fe-doped C3N4 high-performance photocatalysts, synthesized by a facile and cost effective heat stirring method, were investigated systematically using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) surface area measurement, photoelectron (XPS), UV–Vis diffusion reflectance (DRS) photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The results showed that Fe ions incorporated into g-C3N4 nanosheet in both +3 +2...

In this study, Fe3O4/GO nanocomposite was synthesized by hydrothermal method and tested for its efficiency in removing methylene blue (MB) congo red (CR) from water. The characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). optimal values MB CR removal were determined to be pH 6.0, an adsorbent weight of 50.0 mg, a contact time 10 min. adsorption isotherms the contaminants on analyzed Freundlich model, indicating...

Abstract Worldwide, >18 million persons were infected with fish-borne zoonotic trematodes in 2002. To evaluate the effectiveness of interventions for reducing prevalence and intensity trematode infections juvenile fish, we compared transmission rates at nurseries Red River Delta, northern Vietnam. Rates significantly lower that reduced snail populations egg contamination ponds than did not. These can be used development programs sustained control farmed fish.

Fish-borne zoonotic trematodes (FZT) are a food safety and health concern in Vietnam. Humans other final hosts acquire these parasites from eating raw or under-cooked fish with FZT metacercariae. Fish raised ponds exposed to cercariae shed by snail that common farm ponds. Previous risk assessment on transmission the Red River Delta of Vietnam identified carp nursery as major sites transmission. In this study, we analyzed association between population density heterophyid trematode infection...

Effect of heating time on the structural, morphology, optical, and photocatalytic properties graphitic carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ) nanosheets prepared at 550 °C in Ar atmosphere is studied. The investigations are carried out by using x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV–vis absorption, photoluminescence (PL). At a temperature °C, g-C nanocrystals formed after 0.5 h become more orderly as increases. surface area...

Abstract In this study, we developed a green and easy to scale up approach for producing Au/g-C 3 N 4 (Au/GCN) hybrid plasmonic photocatalyst without using the chemical reducing agents via growing of Au nanoparticles (Au NPs) on surface GCN nanosheets under photo-reduction ultraviolet (UV)-radiation. Different characterization techniques were conducted investigating structure, morphology, chemistry optical properties as-prepared catalysts. The scanning electron microscope image shows that...
