As a major grain-producing province in China’s Central Plains, Henan Province is severely impacted by drought, making the study of agricultural drought characteristics region crucial. Theil–Sen (Sen) trend analysis, Mann–Kendall (M-K) test and Hurst index method were used to systematically analyze spatial variation based on Temperature Vegetation Dryness Index (TVDI). The results show that: (1) occurs central, northwestern southern an annual scale. situation will continue increase northern,...

In recent years, the increasing frequency of extreme rainfall has exacerbated urban waterlogging, which seriously constrained sustainable development cities. Given problem that impact social information on waterlogging risk is easy to ignore in assessment process, it great significance carry out a comprehensive and identify for prevention control. The inclusion measure, the similarity and fuzziness of fuzzy sets are three important measures in set theory. In this article, we investigate relations among measures, sets, prove eight theorems that can be transformed by each other based on their axiomatic definitions, propose some new formulas to calculate sets. These results applied many fields, such as pattern recognition, image processing, neural networks, reasoning, control. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Syst 21: 639–653, 2006.

A novel family of numerical integration closed Newton-Cotes quadrature rules is presented which uses the derivative value at midpoint. It proved that these kinds obtain an increase two orders precision over classical formula, and error terms are given. The computational cost for methods analyzed from point view, it has shown proposed formulas superior computationally to same order formula when they reduce below level. Finally, some examples show superiority approach with respect formulas.

Intermittent water supply (IWS) is a relatively common phenomenon across the world as well in rural and peri-urban areas China, though there has been little IWS-focused research from China published to date. IWS consumers typically adopt range of strategies cope with insufficient supply, poor drinking quality, associated inconveniences. In this study, we collected data small-scale utilities households two systems continuous (CWS) systems, comparison groups, Shandong Hubei provinces. Data...
