This work aims to explore how cutting parameters affect the microstructure evolution and damage mechanism of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy in micro cutting. The effect on force surface morphology is examined through single-factor test. By building a 3D finite element model for based crystal plasticity theory, residual stress, behavior analyzed establish mapping relation between stress damage. results show that as speed increases, main first reduces then increases all cases, but at inflection point...

This paper is intended to examine the dislocation and adiabatic shear mechanisms of 7055 aluminum alloy during cutting process with different speeds. The result indicates that, at low speeds, isometric cells appear, are interconnected into cell blocks, movement controlled by thermal activation; high dislocations mostly come in form elongated or not fully closed cells, phonon drag; width an band increases speed, speeds more likely microcracks. precipitation-free zones on grain boundary...

Abstract Based on the cure characteristics of Natural Rubber/Sulfur/N–t–butylbenzothiazole– 2–sulfenamide (NR/S/TBBS) system, a kinetic model with induction, curing, and overcure periods was chosen to simulate reaction this system. Cure-curves reflecting development torque were recorded as function time for NR compounds by rubber processing analyzer. The curves then non-linear fitted. results show that simulated fit well experimental curves. Rate constant K 2 formation activated crosslink...

The tensile plastic strains and the residual stresses caused by heat input during laser cladding process are main reasons for cracking. In this paper, on a type 1045 steel plate with Ni60 powder feeding was investigated simulated finite element method to analyze temperature field stress-strain of process. model, considerations were given source data thermal boundary conditions. interactions laser, powders base metal mainly considered in application data. relationship between convection...

Abstract This study focuses on developing a Deep Neural Network (DNN)-based reservoir simulator aimed at improving the efficiency and precision of hydraulic fracturing production forecasting. Given complex nonlinear nature behavior, our goal is to implement an automated, scalable solution effectively navigate these challenges. The proposed DNN integrates diverse data sources, enhancing comprehensive understanding dynamics supporting real-time decision-making operational optimization....

In this paper, we first establish the global existence and stability of solutions to 3-D classical Navier-Stokes equations $(NS)$ in an infinite cylindrical domain with large Fourier mode initial data. Then extend similar result for anisotropic $(ANS).$ We remark that due loss vertical viscosity $(ANS),$ construction energy functionals $(ANS)$ is much more subtle than $(NS).$ Compared our previous paper $(NS)$, improve polynomial decay $k$ coefficients solution be exponential here.

Abstract Silicon oxycarbide thin film was prepared by magnetron sputtering on BK7 glass, namely, K9 glass. And the wavelength dependence of refractive index determined envelop method and Wemple Didomenico dispersion relationship from transmission spectrum. The fitted to Cauchy data accorded with very well. Thickness comparing relative standard deviation, we found it could make result more accurate fitting relationship.
