Legg-Calve-Perthes disease (LCPD) is a type of avascular necrosis the femoral head occurring mainly in male children and causing early osteoarthritis. We report 2 generations 4 family members with LCPD-like features mutation COL2A1 gene 12q13 chromosome. Osteofibrous dysplasia [OFD] is a rare, benign pediatric fibro-osseous lesion that exclusively arises in the lower limbs. Apart from limited number of familial OFD cases with MET mutation, no other genetic aberrations have been identified. Herein, we report case four-month- old girl's leg novel cyclin-dependent kinase 12 and discoidin domain receptor 2 gene mutations.
