El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad abordar la indemnización como medio de tutela precontractual, sistematizando las distintas hipótesis en que ella procede complementaria a nulidad o forma autónoma, analizando extensión del daño cada caso y abordando su eventual convergencia con incumplimiento contractual.
RESUMEN: El presente trabajo aborda la configuración de tutela precontractual en Ley 19.496 con el propósito establecer los supuestos hecho que activan e identificar medios dispone consumidor, asà como las particularidades estos últimos respecto previstos para similares contratación civil, explorando eventual convergencia tutelas y delimitando ámbito aplicación dicha fase formación del contrato.
