To analyze the relationship between air quality index (AQI) and housing price, six indexes price were calculated using grey spectrum theory, specifically association spectrum, cospectrum, amplitude phase lag time length, condense spectrum. Three main change periods extracted. There was a negative correction in Handan. The results provide basis for government’s measures to prevent haze.
