Endobronchial tuberculosis (TB) or tracheobronchial TB is defined as tuberculous infection of the tree with microbial and histopathological evidence. Sarcoidosis, a multisystem disorder of unknown cause, is characterized by the presence non-caseating granulomas and proliferation epithelioid cells. Sarcoidosis mostly affects lungs mediastinal lymph nodes in 90% cases. Caseation necrosis are very rare. We report present case view its rarity, as sarcoidosis with significant rare phenomenon can mislead treating physician into diagnosing it tuberculosis, which lead to exposure patient undue side effects anti-tubercular drugs.
