RNA polymerase-binding aptamers (RAPs) are natural elements that control transcription in cis by directly contacting polymerase. Many RAPs inhibit inducing Rho-dependent termination Escherichia coli. Here, we studied the role of inhibitory (iRAPs) modulation antisense (AT) using silico and vivo approaches.
