We propose a new fixed-target experiment for the study of electromagnetic and hard probes Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) in heavy-ion collisions at CERN SPS. The aims performing measurements dimuon spectrum from threshold up to charmonium region, hadronic decays charm strange hadrons. It is based on muon spectrometer, which includes toroidal magnet six planes tracking detectors, coupled vertex equipped with Si MAPS immersed dipole field.
